Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests made in writing before September 8th will be refunded less a $15 processing fee per person. NO refunds for any reason will be made after September 8th. If you must cancel, you may substitute another rider and submit their signed registration form and waiver.

If a member of an eight person team cancels, it is the responsibility of the team captain to replace that member in order to maintain their team discount. If the team member is not replaced, the remaining team members will forfeit their discount and will be required to pay the additional $3.50 per person to bring their registration fee to the non-discounted fee of $35.00 per rider.
