Preparation

The Northern Neck is predominantly flat with gently rolling hills. Either road bikes, hybrids, or mountain bikes are suitable. Tandems are welcome. Make sure your bike is in good working order. Bike repair services will be available for a nominal charge. Remember, for your safety, helmets are required for all riders.
